Confident Athlete Blueprint is a virtual group program for young women athletes who want to build unshakable confidence. Over 4 weeks, you will learn how to be confident (not cocky) through education, guided imagery, worksheets, and reflection activities. With guidance from Karissa, you will build your own custom plan for before, during, and after practices and games so you can stay grounded under pressure and play to your potential.
